A: To ensure the most personalized and effective care, all new clients are required to begin with our Refined Reset treatment. This comprehensive session includes an in-depth skin consultation and a customized reset facial, allowing your provider to assess your skin thoroughly and craft a targeted treatment plan for future visits. Following this initial appointment, you’ll have access to our full menu of advanced services, including corrective facials, chemical peels, liquid microneedling, and more.
Q: Can I book advanced treatments right away (ex: chemical peels or liquid microneedling)?
A: Advanced services are available after your initial Refined Reset Treatment, which allows us to get to know your skin and ensure you’re a great candidate. This helps us prioritize both safety and the most effective results.
Q: What makes Château Glo's treatments different?
A: At Château Glo, each treatment is designed with both clinical precision and a luxurious experience in mind. We use advanced, medical-grade techniques and high-performance skincare, but always within an experience that feels elevated, personalized, and calm - never rushed or routine.
Q: Are any facial treatments pregnancy safe?
A: Almost all of our facials can be altered to be made pregnancy safe, with the exception of most chemical peel and liquid microneedling treatments. We always encourage clients to consult with their physician prior to beginning or continuing any aesthetic treatments while pregnant or nursing. Your safety is our highest priority, and we’re happy to tailor your experience accordingly.
Q: Do you sell products or offer skincare recommendations?
A: Of course! Skincare is our livelihood - your provider will recommend a personalized regimen of medical-grade skincare to support and extend your in-studio results. We only carry products we trust and use ourselves.
Q: What is your cancellation/no show/late policy?
A: At Château Glo Aesthetics, your time - and ours - is valuable. To ensure the highest level of care and availability, we kindly ask all clients to respect the following booking policies:
Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that life happens, in which we offer a one-time courtesy for late cancellations beyond this window. After that, any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Clients with more than three cancellations/reschedules in a row will also be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 75% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and 75% of the service fee will be charged. In some cases, services may be shortened at the provider’s discretion, with the full service price still applying.

Q: Do I need a consultation to purchase products?
A: While you can purchase products without a consultation, when purchasing medical-grade skincare, we do recommend a consultation beforehand to ensure the products are appropriate for your skin type, concerns, and current regimen. This helps protect your skin health and maximizes your results.
Q: Can I reorder products without another consultation?
A: Absolutely. Once your regimen is established, you’re welcome to reorder your recommended products at any time. If your skin concerns or goals change, we suggest a follow-up consultation to reassess your routine.
Q: What is your return policy on products?
A: Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, all purchases made at Château Glo Aesthetics are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
