Due to the nature of skincare of hygiene standards, all purchases made at Château Glo Aesthetics are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you have any concerns about a product or service, please contact us directly—we are happy to assist and ensure your experience meets our standards of care. 

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please email caroline@chateaugloaesthetics with photo documentation within 48 hours of receiving the defective product, and we will assist you. By proceeding with a booking or purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to our published policies.
